1Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on jkta7 and using any of our services, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities in your jurisdiction, and that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

jkta7 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of jkta7 after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2Eligibility and Registration

3Account Verification (KYC)

• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).

• Any additional documentation that jkta7 may reasonably require to comply with applicable regulations.

4Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

All amounts on jkta7 are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). jkta7 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees that may be applied by your bank or payment provider.

5Bonuses and Promotions

jkta7 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the relevant promotion:

• Bonuses must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion.
• jkta7 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time. Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

In no event shall jkta7 be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, even if jkta7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. jkta7's total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10Privacy and Data Protection
